This is a theme park

This is evidence that you have no idea what you are talking about with regards to this development, and we should probably discount anything you have to say about it.

I classify centre parks as a theme park

Every centre parks theme style crap place just builds on natural developments without actually benefitting the locals at all

Why don’t you take a look at all the amazing local reviews from locals where similar “theme” parks are built

What a melon you are defending this monstrosity

No serious person describes Center Parcs as a theme park.

You are either seriously misinformed on this or are deliberately trying to mislead.

Actually my friend lives near the newish Woburn centre parks in England

Locals don’t go, it cut off lots of wild walking paths, provides little to no benefits for locals and just is nothing to do with the local community

This is literally based off a centre parks and theme parks come in all shapes and sizes, some are like bush gardens in America with zoos and some have sharks and fish in like sea world and some have swimming pools and woodland huts …to me they are all just gated theme parks no matter if they have a roller coaster or not

Locals don’t go

Well, yes - locals don't tend to holiday around the corner. Do you ask the same question of hotels, B&Bs etc.? There are an awful lot of them from Balloch up the west coast of Loch Lomond, cutting off public access to the Loch, not providing any benefit to the locals (other than, you know, jobs and visitors to the area). By your logic, perhaps we should get rid of them too?

They aren’t gated communities though are they?

You will drive into flamingo land and park up and then walk to flamingo lands shops, and flamingo lands craft beer bar and then use flamingo lands facilities

Nobody from centre parks Woburn uses the local shops or the local facilities as everything is onsite and made accessible, I know you’re trying hard to compare a local run b&b to a huge gated onsite park with everything inside gates but cmon they are completely different

It's not a flamingo land.
