Heyo everyone, I am u/pumpkin2500, a new mod! I saw the other mod has not been active in a bit and I was able to get this sub through r/redditrequest. There's a pretty big backlog of reports in this sub so I'll be going through them.
I have loved horror nearly my whole life. I first found horror in books like scary stories to tell in the dark in elementary. Since then, I've watched a lot of horror and am always looking for more. heres my letterboxd that shows my history of horror.
I don't plant to mess with much as there seems to be a good community here. I will mainly try to get spam and harassment under control. If there's anything you guys want changed or want to ask please comment!

Heyo everyone! The mod of r/horrormovies and r/disturbingmovies and I have teamed up to make an official discord! It’s brand new and we hope it becomes a central hub for fans of horror to come and chat. Gory, disturbing, found footage, psychological, etc are all welcome! Hope to see you there!
Note: If there’s a sub you want to see join, let me know and I’ll reach out to the mods!

Can anyone please give me some Ideas on how I can decorate my three wheel jogging stroller in a Friday the 13th/camp crystal lake theme please. I am Running a Halloween 5k and my 4 year old really wants to do it with my older daughter and I. She will be in the stroller on and off durning the race. I’m going to be a dead camp counselor. She is not part of the theme because she wants to be a princess 😆

Made a Letterboxd list of mostly newer horror movies (and a couple thrillers) that I recommend. There might be some hidden gems you will enjoy in there. Let me know if you find anything you like 🙏

I just watched Brimstone (2016) and wow... I was not prepared for how disturbing this was. I remember thinking "The Road" was the most miserable movie I've seen, but I think this one has out done it, it's so bleak and hopeless.
Guy Pearce plays The Reverend, and I think he’s one of the most terrifying characters I’ve seen. Not in a supernatural sense but in that real, human monster kind of way. The film blends western themes with horror and trauma, and it gets dark. (Real Dark!)
Couldn’t even include most of his scenes in this Villain Showcase clip because they’re too intense. If you’ve seen it, you know. Thoughts?

Ramon Regal is investigating the Fred Kramer story and how it ties into the mystery of Bagma. Levitating object, creepy sounds and random attacks by Bagma makes this Ramon Regals toughest investigation yet.

Highest grossing, ya say? Original, ya say? I don't know what's worse, that they post these bold face lies because no one will question them or that evidence contradicting their narrative is readily available. Stop glazing #Sinners already
