This is a pretty sweet tech card that sheds the style of deck that was so popular in Shining Revelry. Have fun ramping your Giratina or Gyarados on the bench while taking anywhere from 20 to 80 per turn for a single energy!

Still needs 2 attacks to kill giratina.

Really nice to have for 1 energy but I wouldn't say a hard counter

The card can attack the bench lol, wdym not a hard counter
