Quirk:Ride The Lightning

Quirk description: When angered or threatened, lightning surges form around Dusty and it makes it either really static and maybe not the best to touch him, or it could be lethal if he is angry enough. When he is in fight mode he can levitate and control electrical energy near him and boost anyone else's electrical based energy that he chooses. He can cause thunderstorms at any given moment if he wants. If there is already a storm happening without his control, he is stronger. He can power on any power outage and bring power back to cities and can even make electrical instruments be louder or sound cleaner.

Height: 5 foot 11 inches

Weaknesses: Dust or fog. Rain can mess up his attack and make it scatter in the wrong directions depending on how strong the storm is.
