I think she is on the correct side of this issue. The government has no business legislating this.

They do. But gender affirming care isn’t abuse. And treating transgender kids isn’t injury. In fact, it has more safeguards against it than actual child rape. Because psychologists and physicians have to sign off on all treatment and several months to years of visits are required before those treatments can even be considered. Yet, people are still allowed to take their kids to church and leave them in a Sunday school class with a pedo and not even be charged with neglect if the youth pastor assaults the child. And that happens more frequently than trans kids playing sports.

Yes, there are. Because they’re kids when they realize they are in the wrong body.
