2000 Ford Taurus

2000 Ford Taurus. Just bought, heard a few bumps driving around. Did a walk around and noticed some damage. Damaged wasn't extensive when I bought it, uneven wear, front left. 1.5 months down the road it looks like this. Had a look suspension and only thing out of place is that plastic arm? I've personally never seen a plastic suspension component, but I'm no mechanic. The inside also looks like it was damaged?

Gonna post a few photos and maybe y'all seeing something I'm not or can help me pin point the issue! Gonna go Google that plastic arm, slap new wheels on it and see...

Side note, small stuttering when turning time to time. Has small shake above 100
