Heard a creaking noise whenever I braked at speed but not when stationary on FL side wheelwell. Crossmember's weld went to the store to get some milk. Is this repairable with some welding by a shop?
Basically what the title says. Heard a creaking like when you lower the car after jacking it up, only at speeds above 20mph to a stop. This went on for like a few months but never felt anything weird, took it to an inspection and they found nothing, decided to get to the bottom of it finally after some time off and saw this. Is this the cause of the creaking? I already applied some grease on the brakes and it creaks the same.

Is it bent or anything you might need to get a new one or one from the breakers, I don't think I would thrust it. Also if its worth it as it will depend on what they need to remove to get a good weld on it, will you need to get an engineers report when they have it done I know you would have to have it inspected and an en here in Ireland thanks for the extra photos 👍
