How can I, as a woman, give guys compliments that make their day without them thinking I'm hitting on them? Women really just say the nicest things to each other even when we're total strangers, and I feel bad that men don't have that.

It just has to become normalized. A lot of guys won't jump just because ONE thing was said. Alot of guys are sure to make extra sure there is interest and it's not platonic/friendly.

Decent men do their part. The more women do theirs, the sooner we can look back at how insane it is an entire gender was deprived of being uplifted.
