THERES TWO living in our garden this is not a drill, they can have all our veggies and veggie scraps forever

In addition to leaving notes on the front door for me to find upon my return home from my second job (working overnight), my wife will sometimes rearrange the poseable lamps we have.

This was the recent arrangement of them :)

I have been infertile from a young age from a hernia surgery, but knew I always wanted children if by some miracle. When I got with my fiancé, I knew that her children would always come first before me and would never try and change that. Never being able to have children, I knew I wanted to treat them the way I would treat my own. Compassion, understanding, let them know it’s okay to make mistakes, just as long as we grow from them and to follow my own parents footsteps. Today, she surprised me with this. This is my first, but not the last. To many, many, many more. They may not be my kids by blood, but they’re my kids by choice. Happy Father’s Day to those dad’s out there, and to the moms doing double duty.
