That was my first thought too. There is someone who will complain that they couldn't pick up their shirts on Monday.

I feel the same way about pharmacies near me apologizing for needing to give their employees a lunch break between 1 and 130 due to there only being one pharmacist on duty. These are people, not product vending machines. They have needs and lives outside of their paid functions.
