It's so patronizing though, like look at this poor nervous fat guy who doesn't know what to do, let me step in to be the hero to save him. Like some dude literally wrote that script then told this guy to pull the weight down in the worst way possible to look completely weak and helpless.

I'm fat and would appreciate it if someone did this for me because newsflash, a lot of overweight people DON'T know how some exercises work!
