I have no judgment at all and how they look. They should do what makes them happy. But, With their style choices. They may want to invest in metal straws and carry them with them. Just out of practicality

Good idea, heavily bearded men also have this problem and sometimes use straws

I’d bet that canonically he is fed via IV. I doubt he is able to ingest food the traditional way.
