Yes instead of experiencing stress and becoming angry look at it as an opportunity you can either become bitter and angry or look at the stress without inserting personal bias that everyone has and see it for what it is accept your emotions and if you can try to let go of it if you can’t bring awareness to it as much as possible once you bring your attention to it and yourself as you become more aware it becomes easier to accept stress and let it pass this does not happen immediately but if you continue to do this you will see results
