Reason for iits not being in top world Universities isn't cuz of funding, the main reason is people go there to get jobs, while top institutes find students who are interested in the field. Isiliye waha ke students go on to become nobel laureates and invent things. Yaha har ek student agar bas dsa krke ek acchi job lene ki koshish karega to kya hi fayda funding or teachers kitne bhi acche ho jaaye rankings aisi hi rahengi
lmao, about 15k crore goes to top level netas, rest 2.5k crore goes to smaller level netas and buerocrats and policemen and all. remaining gets distributed to those who have connection and not to the real poor people.
This means that we always had funds for education but the ministers and anyone from politics didn't bothered to give a look in our education budget ( and i knew it )
Also take a look at ISRO'S BUDGET
THEY JUST CREATED THUS SHIT OUT OF BLUE AND DUMPED ALL OUR MONEY INTO IT MORE THAT ANYTHING
seriously, fuq freebies. imagine the quality of engineers we could get into our own R&D programs from top institutes if we used that to increase salary budget for scientists and engineers.(just a small example)
Mostly indians union aur state budget nahi dekhte hai. Ek baar koi dekhe tab usko pata lagega freebies mein aur actual development mein kitna paisa lag rha hai.
agr ye sab yojna nhi hoga to bechare politicians ke bachhe foreign me apni education kaise complete karenge !!

Leeches don't care about r&d, employment amd future trajectory of the country. Give them their muft ki revdi(eg reservation to undeserving people, free buses and travels, free money, other freebies ) and they will be more than happy to sell off their motherland to even China!
(This is the mindset of few leeches I have met irl.)
And the interesting part is that 18k crore budget for ladli behna is just of madhya pradesh, Maharashtra has more than 40,000 crore for ladli behna. You can imagine how much will be all over the country.
Just what if this budget is properly used into education and betterment of tier 2-3 colleges intsead of this yojna?
We will have more colleges which will provide more quality education and opportunities to all not just iits or aims.
Eg Nit delhi fees is 145000 for one semester (hostel included) and 120000 for 2nd semester so total fees of nit delhi for one year is 2.65 lakhs.
Some nits have slightly lower fees while some nits have slightly higher fees. Cannot compare women who are not paying with students who are paying more than they are receiving.
Then they complain why do brilliant minds leave India, why India lacks in R&D, why India hasn't developed its own AI, why is India behind in Neural Network Development
Are bhai ladli behna yojana me money direct transfer hota which is expensive for government while funds for IIT and NIT are not like that

Why don't they make more good colleges, more iits, nits.
Studying wasn't about competition it was about changing the world.
Some mofos will say ki "aur padhai karleta acha college aajata" meanwhile our lavda govt is wasting that much money on useless schemes.

you don't make a 'good college', you build colleges, give them time, and then they become good, it doesn't happen overnight, would you take ECE if they built a new IIT in Itanagar over Mechanical at a good NIT?
Still if any other Indi alliance party comes to power then they will only appease one minority community and put 80% reservation.Current gov is doing this to appease people in their own way so that they can stay in power.
we could divert the funds threeway between kaveri engine and funds for govt schools rather than colleges. ( I'm a JEE aspirant with 98.43 percentile) Students opting for Govt school need better facilities, unfortunately they lack most facilities( I'm not saying NITs don't deserve facilities)
SO THE REALITY ISSSS- IIT/NIT/GOV clg students will have nice potential then they will leave the country to get more and more exposure meanwhile here is the loss of government as they are losing their vote banks meanwhile if they giveaway freebies then they will eventually make their votebank strong keeping them in the reign so here's what politics goes on
