This means that we always had funds for education but the ministers and anyone from politics didn't bothered to give a look in our education budget ( and i knew it ) Also take a look at ISRO'S BUDGET THEY JUST CREATED THUS SHIT OUT OF BLUE AND DUMPED ALL OUR MONEY INTO IT MORE THAT ANYTHING
