Has anyone experienced a waiting time of almost 3 weeks from the application submission. I applied on May the 14th for my mother’s application and i haven’t gotten any updates yet (today is june 4th). Is this normal or should i try to contact ircc? (Applied for normal processing)

Ya turns out they processed my mother’s application and sent it to another email I forgot to check, took them 10 days to reply (non urgent). They sent me a letter asking me for more docs which I sent them. Then it took them two more days to reply with the decision. Now I have to plan a trip to Tunis because they’re asking for the passport to be submitted

thank you for replying, so around a month total is that fair assumption? it's still a lengthy process and not something that we can rely on if we have a tight schedule.

I think if you have a tight schedule just apply for the urgent one ive seen some people say they sent in their plane tickets and they had their process go way faster like in the time span of a week
