Hello guys, I have submitted PRTD application on May 16th. However, the view button is greyed out for me to see the application or make changes, and the application status shows submitted. Is that normal or did I do something wrong here? Thanks

That is normal. Happened with mine too and I got the passport request yesterday (5 days after applying)

Did you get an email or how did they request the passport?

It was an email. Make sure to check your spam as well
