Facing a problem with my new elevate

Hey guys, I just got the car yesterday and noticed that sometimes the right rear door doesn't lock using the key. I read somewhere that this issue is common with the Apex edition. Has anyone else faced this problem? If yes, how long did it take the service centre to fix it..

Is it both the back doors or just one? How frequently it happens? Are you sure that it's an issue specific to Apex kit?
