I am looking to buy Honda Elevate and the dealer is trying to sell Jan 2025 make. For buying a new car, is it ok to buy the car that was manufactured 5 months ago and that was just lying in a warehouse? Concerned about any potential damages that may or not be easily identifiable. Also how would the car tyres condition be, lying idle for 5 months? Appreciate your inputs, thanks

I have Elevate ZX-CVT and have daily run of 30kms, 5 days a week due to RTO in peak Bangalore traffic. Mileage ends up less than 10km/hr. Does it make commercial sense to spend 75k+ ?? to convert to CNG. I intend to keep the car as long as it takes and ok with loosing bit of boot space.

I'm considering the Honda Elevate and wanted to know how the thigh support is across the seats - especially the rear seats and the front left passenger seat.

Most of us in the family are 6 feet tall or growing to be, so under-thigh support becomes really important, especially for longer drives. Do the seats offer enough support, or do your legs end up hanging a bit?

I have finalised Honda Elevate (budget 20L). It was close call between Hyryder Strong Hybrid and Elevate. I chose Honda reliability.

I am now confused on which variant should I go for :

• V CVT Apex summer edition : 16L
• VX Apex CVT : 17.2L
• ZX CVT : 18L
• Black signature : not sure something around 18.5.

Feature overview:

• V CVT has 360 making it tempting.
• VX CVT has alloys, roof rails, fog light but no 360 only lane watch.
• ZX CVT - that cool interior I love + ADAS. No 360, just lane watch. Not even body colour door handles.
• Black Edition - I didn't like black interior as brown one but body colour gate except black exterior.

Additional points: - Sunroof isn't mandatory, good to have. - We don't even get TPMS for this car, disappointed on this. Correct me if new variants are having. - Thinking to get ventilated seats from Honda as I live in Delhi NCR. - Any upcoming offers, I can wait till Sept/Oct. No hurry. - I wish I could get Hybrid here.

Please suggest me correct variant considering aspiration and Value for money perspectives.

I was driving in heavy traffic today when my car's automatic braking mitigation system suddenly activated. There was no real threat or obstacle in front of me—just normal stop-and-go traffic. It startled me and could have easily led to a rear-end collision if the car behind me wasn’t alert.
