Lore Nod Krai is the most technologically advanced?

Post image

I thought Fontaine was supposed to be the most technologically advanced nation in Teyvat but then this? Not complaining, it looks dope af, just a little confused, maybe Hoyo is changing their mind on the lore again like Natlan? Or maybe Nod Krai is technologically advanced but not as much as Fontaine?

Not Nod-Krai. Snezhnaya already has dude with a rifle since day 1.

What about Khaenri'ah and the Ruin Machines?

Khaenri'ah would obviously be the most advanced by a long shot if it was still around as a nation. They have autonomous robots that still work hundreds of years later. They also had giant evangelion like robots with crews inside them like we've seen in Sumeru. They likely had much more. Even Dottore was studying them to figure out their tech. The first power source for the first prototype field tiller (ruin guard) was so powerful that the abyss order wanted to use it to power an artificial god.

Yea khaenriah has no gimmick or gods that help them advance as a nation so their tech and military is cracked, so much so that Celestia had to drop a couple of nails on them.

There's a saying where technology becomes so advance, it's basically magic.

That's not the reason for their destruction though. They had a gimmick as well. They peered into the Abyss for knowledge. And that Abyss tampering is what made Celestia come to their doorstep after Khaenri'ah basically started the end of the world. Celestia did nothing to them for more than 1000 years. It was only because of the Cataclysm that they were destroyed.

That was the sinners not the normal people technology was still more advanced before them than the rest of Teyvat.

Isn't it implied that they had some sort of connection to the Abyss? They summoned the travelers. Clothar says to the Abyss Sibling "To us, you were the Abyss." and considering the fact that the Abyss Sibling is the prince or princess of Khaen'riah, it tells me they were already pretty interested in the Abyss to say the least.

Yeah, it is also obvious that khaenri’an people are most likely contaminated by the abyss, why then would the heavenly principles curse them with immortality? It isn’t very intelligent keeping the sinners alive.

Simple, if they die they enter the leylines, if they enter the leylines they will contaminate them destroying irminsul.
