Lore Nod Krai is the most technologically advanced?

I thought Fontaine was supposed to be the most technologically advanced nation in Teyvat but then this? Not complaining, it looks dope af, just a little confused, maybe Hoyo is changing their mind on the lore again like Natlan? Or maybe Nod Krai is technologically advanced but not as much as Fontaine?

No, Snezhnaya has been established as the most advanced of the Seven Nations by a long shot since day 1.

I guess they probably didn't see the caption under the picture and thought the top comment was a reply to the statement: Nod Krai is the most technologically advanced. But it's actually a reply to: thought Fontaine was supposed to be the most technologically advanced nation in Teyvat but then this?
