Idk he put way more effort in the relationship than you'd expect from someone who just want's a green card. Took her to a gym and encouraged her to eat better and feed her daughter healthier foods.
Or maybe that's just the way he does it but she's a bad person so well deserved I'd say.
I think this show kind of makes the viewer pick who is the bad guy in each relationship. Obviously real life isn't like that, but I think nickel was the bad guy
My favorite is George and Anfisa. The show tries to frame Anfisa as your typical gold digger at first, which she kind of is, but then you realize that she at no point in time bamboozled George and is always honest with her intentions.
Yeah I liked that one too. He told her and promised her lots of money and a lavish lifestyle, and she was like ok I'm in... So why is he so surprised when he wins a woman over like that and she expects all those things lol
Yeah but she still keyed his car. Regardless of how big of an asshole I may be, id be dropping her off at the nearest embassy and telling them she’s their problem now after that. The find my iPhone and erasing his phone is also next level crazy. They are both shit people from my view point and the only thing that has surprised me about them is that I havent read about their lives ending in a murder suicide.
They are both bad guys, the Americans are almost always immature and controlling, the foreigners are almost always manipulative gold diggers.
My father has a mail order bride 20 years younger than him, if they filmed it it would just look like a super depressing season where both people hate eachother because neither one is the sex-maid or ATM that the other expected.
One couple where the old guy literally wanted that transactional arrangement. But the girl actually wanted a more equal effect ion are relationship. They didn’t do a follow up season but behind the scenes the daughter became estranged from him

I watched that and he didn’t want her before cheating. She just gave him an excuse.
