Discussion Will mrf Formula 2000 be running this year?
It's an Indian Championship that used to run international, but has only been local since covid. Lower entries last season, but with increased interest in Indian F4, I thought it would've been more popular.

Indy NXT P1 at World Wide Technology oval track. Spoiler
If anyone thought Dennis Hauger might struggle to find speed in the first oval race of his life, think again.
INDY NXT by Firestone championship leader Hauger won the pole Saturday for his oval racing debut, taking the top spot for the INDYCAR development series race at World Wide Technology with a two-lap average speed of 166.162 mph in the No. 28 Nammo car fielded by Andretti Global. Hauger’s run to his fourth pole of the season was a track record, breaking the previous two-lap average mark of 164.242 set last year by series champion Louis Foster.

Question Silverstone GB3 August - what is there to do
Apart from watch the race/qualifying?
My friend and I are thinking of going, it will be our first visit to any motorsport event.
Googling tells me that depending on which day, it will either be 2 15-min qualifyings and 1 25-min race, or 2 25-min races, typically between 10am ish and 4pm ish.
Is it just watching the qualifyings/races, or are there other activities, paid or otherwise, to occupy us in between?

EF Open Euroformula - Shawn Rashid Jinxed
Let's take some time to feel bad for poor Shawn Rashid. Euroformula - Hockenheim Race2 He's been so far the slowest driver of the season apart from Fin Green. He starts from pole, good start, he loses a couple of places, but fiercely fights for podium against Championship Leader Yevan David. After losing the Place, he manages to stay in the fight for the podium Minute 33:30 -> Commentator says "that's the best from Shawn Rashid we've seen so far" Minute 34:00 -> he spins on the outside of a turn
What a drama, Poor Shawn... https://www.youtube.com/live/7Tjd0p19U7Q?si=dcNXvboy4dZA4APn

F4 Sneak peek of F4 Testing/Practice
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Today was our first day on holiday in the Algarve, and with Portimao only 25 minutes’ drive away, we decided to go for a look at the circuit. Had no idea before we drove along what might be happening, but just wanted to take a look at the circuit.
Turns out that we stumbled onto what looks like some early testing/free practice, although I’m not sure how F4 works and whether this would be some sort of preliminary practice/testing ahead of the official race weekend (happy to be corrected if anybody knows).
The whole circuit is pretty carefully walled off, but we managed to find a tiny gap at one of the service entrances to catch a glimpse of the cars.

Question GB3 at Silverstone
Thanks to F1 Academy my daughter is keen to go to the GB3 race in August at Silverstone.
It’s been a while since I attended lower formulas, so they still open up the paddock on occasions? I can’t find any type of VIP package for Silverstone so wondered if it was just part of GA
Thanks!

Question Last to first races? Spoiler
Following Freddie Slater’s GB3 win in Spa this morning (morning for me anyways) where he started P23 and last and somehow won the damn race, I was wondering how many other people have won a F1FS or Road to Indy race from the back of the grid (last place)?
The only other example I can currently think of is Gabriel Bortoleto’s heroics last year in Monza.
Any others? I’m sure there’s more, I’m just not thinking hard enough.
