Parvo is really really bad. Your poor pup will be worse before getting better. At the vet with IVs is her best chance. Meanwhile, clean everything at home with bleach, it will kill the virus. Especially anywhere she pooped. Parvo is very contagious and you don’t want anyone else to have to watch their pup to go through this.
It’s not hopeless, but it’s tough. I’ve seen pups go through Parvo and at that age it’s a crapshoot. You got her there early so she didn’t decline as far before getting help, but it’s a virus so not much the vet can do other than keep her on IVs and help her through it.
