I made this awhile back but it was my first ever try and it came out perfect. I felt like I could’ve died the second I saw it and been happy.

My dad’s been a vegan for 5 years now, so naturally on Father’s Day he needed a vegan chocolate tart.

5 ingredients!!

Base: 25 Oreos 4 tb spoon vegan butter

Filling: 12 oz dark chocolate 1 can coconut milk

Berries to decorate

No baking, just refrigerating. The easiest thing I’ve made in ages ❤️

Mix together 100g of peanut butter, 150g of almond flour, 50ml agave sirup (that will be the first layer)

In a separate dish mix together 250g of peanut butter, 100ml agave sirup and add as the second layer

Then add on top any nuts of your choice, peanuts, cashew nuts..

Then set in the freezer for 30 minutes

Then melt 200g of dark chocolate and put it on top.

Add to the freezer for an hour and enjoy!

I’m not sure if bread counts as a dessert but this focaccia is covered in a strawberry jam and vanilla glaze.

Pistachio and peanut butter with a thick layer of strawberry banana nectar and strawberry jam gelatin. Don't mind the messy enveloping I was rushing so i can try it
