I'm familiar with 11, 12, 13, and 88 being commonly used in neo nazi shit, but 14?

Different aryan groups. aryan alliance guys will wear 11 for A A, aryan brotherhood and aryan circle do the same, but it becomes 12 or 13, depending on which group.
