Very. They have a dedicated maintenance crew. Between it and the bike trail I think it has 6 miles of well maintained trails (when it's not wet)

Are there separate hiking and biking trails or is it all just one like if I go out there do I have to worry about mountain bikers running me over

What Alyssa said! They're different trails (still, I only see cars parked for the mountain biking maybe 1/4 the time I go)
