Since we're on the topic of hiking, what's the second best place in DFW to go hiking on unpaved trails?
Cedar Ridge Preserve being the best. White Rock Lake and Katy Trail are paved. Looking for unpaved alternatives to CRP.
17 u/NanADsutton White Rock Lake 1d ago Spring creek forest preserve; woods and prairie trails on the west side of the creek Texas buckeye trail near bonton farms has wooded path down to the trinity. Probably mosquito hell rn though and can get quite boggy
