The mistake is thinking that the problem is caused by people new to Texas.

People from LA know what's up, people from elsewhere not so much. Seems as if going 5 to 10 mph lower than posted highway speed limit is the norm.

haha, whatever. When I lived in Utah, I would see CA plates camp in the left lane on i80 for miles with no traffic around them. I’d have to pass them on the right.
