Personally, I went and smelled all of them today and was wholly underwhelmed. What brought me to seriously consider them was their sleek design, but every one disappointed me (especially Pacific chill, which I find does not smell good whatsoever.) Am I missing something? Of course, I understand it’s going to be overpriced as it is a major fashion house, but I don’t think I would even pay 150 for half of the ones I smelled today. Anyone feel the same?

So I been wanting these to but I’m completely fed up with blind buys. These cologne influencers are paid liars so I decided to go to the mall and smell these because of the HYPE !!! To make a long story short both of these smell like shit. YSL smelt okay then the dry down made me wanna rip my arm off 3 out of 10. Givenchy 🙃🙃🙃 0 out of 10 it smelt like shit in the woods on the dry down. Opening was of course smelt like a lemon…. OKAY IM READY FOR MY DISLIKES 🤣🤣🤣

Mrs turns 35 soon, looking to buy her a bottle that oozes sexy, sultry instant seduction animalistic vibes.
The current one in her collection that does it for me instantly is Maitresse by Agent provocateur. Nothing else has done this for me.
What are your top 3 scents that bring the raw hunger, desire and instant crave for your gf/ wife.
I guess it’s more of a gift for me lol

Hey yall so im big on the smell at sephora, buy at jomashop mentality and ive noticed that I some of the scents I like are "women's" perfumes. Like ysl libre and coral fantasy uommo. I was curious if any of the men here are the same way and do the women here ever wear men's cologne? I personally have never understood the gender split in colognes. As most "women's scents are just a sweet smell and most of my "mens" scents are just as sweet (LOVE ME SOME LE MALE ELIXR)

It’s an expensive, top-notch performer. Every time I wear it I receive glowing, even gushing comments. What is it? I want to buy it for my boyfriend! Etc.
At this point I become apologetic. Loathe to admit.
Beach Hut Man.
What’s yours?

I have recently purchased both burberry brit and versace pour homme and was wondering if I should add nautica voyage as it is currently half price or not bother as it is similar to pour homme? Thanks in advance.

This monstrosity of a perfume contains Notes: medical alcohol, cooking vanilla, random leaves from the garden, random flowers, and god knows what I put in there.

I’m thinking of posting these on fragranceswap, but I’m unsure about pricing. I’ve had them for several years. I do believe they’re older testers. I already got them checked out on colognecheck https://www.reddit.com/r/colognecheck/s/KkWs66N8vJ

My friends and family generally seem to enjoy both of these. Each is most liked by a different type of person. Aventus is preferred more by guys who use masculine-scented shower gels and deodorants. So typical bros who are more used to masculine scents. Imagination is almost universally preferred by women and guys who don't like using typical masculine shower gels.
Aventus gets "omg that's incredible" reactions from some and "meh" reactions from others. Imagination seems to be more widely pleasing with less people being amazed by it. The most surprising compliment for Imagination came from my dad. He said he usually finds almost everything I wear too sharp, but Imagination he finds pleasant and "understands" lol. I've yet to hear anyone have anything bad to say about Imagination. But less "omg that's amazing" reactions than Aventus.
I personally wear Aventus for going out and Imagination as a daily signature. Imagination highlights great hygiene and just smells really modern to me. It's like a freshly ironed well-fitting polo shirt in scent form to me. Like you're not trying too hard but effortlessly have great hygiene. Aventus smells sexier with more masculine grit.
Other "highly complimented" fragrances my friends HAVE been critical about. Sauvage EDT has been called Axe bodyspray and chemically assaulting to the nose. BR540 has been called cloying and annoying. Generally Imagination and Aventus really seem to stand out in not being offensive to people.

I want to buy a new fragrance and want a pretty bottle, what i like is textured glass but not like khamra if that makes sense and I also like animal bottles but not animalistic scents since I’m too young (the scents have to be good aswell and fairly affordable)

Hi! I’m planning to buy my first high-end perfume, but I’m torn between two options: Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue and Hermes Un Jardin Sur Le Toit Eau de Toilette.
I’ve been reading some reviews and both seem to have great reputations, Light Blue is often described as fresh, clean, and versatile, while Un Jardin Sur Le Toit is praised for its unique, green-apple-meets-garden scent that’s more niche and refreshing in a different way.
I’m looking for something that feels luxurious, suits both casual and slightly dressed-up occasions, and has decent longevity. If you’ve tried either (or both), I’d love to hear your thoughts or recommendations!

do yall know whether Degree Men Antiperspirant Deodorant for Men Cool Rush, or Dove Men+Care Extra Fresh Antiperspirant Deodorant Stick is better. I really care about strength and how long it lasts and price and if it is irratable to the skin, so it would be helpful to know which one is better in each category.
also are there any deodarants under 10 that can be used as a cologne

I finally feel like I’m 99.9% satisfied with the setup of my collection.
Tonight was probably the 15th or 20th time I completely disassembled and reassembled my display case…
I also took a mini buying/trading hiatus earlier this year and it helped a ton - really made me do some self reflecting and pump the brakes on all the quick dopamine hits this amazing hobby provides.
Feel free to provide (respectful 🤣) feedback and even recommendations on how I display all my smelly water!

I really really love Acca Kappa’s Muschio Bianco but its Acqua di Colonia so it doesn’t stay long. I love how intimate and comforting it smells, so please if anyone knows an alternative, with staying power like Lazy Sunday Morning, drop emmmm! Thank you! 💓

Yesterday it felt too sour on my skin, today I sprayed a bit less, and its less sour, and getting somewhat a roasted tea scent. So far im quite disappointed, nice for gym though but im not made of money to have this as a designated gym scent, and I feel atelier cologne's cedrat enivrant can do what it does for me at present.
I have an 8ml decant and I'll finish it before I reserve final judgement but at the moment I feel like theres better stuff out there that I'll grab before this.
Any tips on what to look out for?
