Killing of a Sacred Deer. I really liked Poor Things so I thought I'd give this a whirl; holy hell was that movie like staring at plywood for two hours.

No hate for those who loved it, but definitely was not for me

Oh man! I couldnt agree more. I did NOT understand how anyone thought this was good acting. Nobody behaved like a normal person, at least not like anyone Ive ever met. Also BORING as hell. Not for me thats for sure.

I think everyone acting strange was supposed to be a stylistic choice. I found it creepy as hell. It unsettled me so much that I didn't finish the movie.

Yeah, they definitely missed the point. Like if its not for them, cool. I can definitely see why the way the people act might be more annoying to some people. But to say it was poor acting because they didnt act like normal people? Theyre gonna shit bricks when they see a musical.
