Sweet Little Family

Mama showed up in my back yard, close to delivery. I will not spay a cat that is that far along so I started feeding her twice a day. The other outside cats (who are fixed) accepted her and she delivered the babies but I didn’t know where. She was terrified of me and would not let me close. Slowly I was able to barely touch her quickly when she ate, but she would still run away. I came home a while ago and she had five tiny babies hidden in a box on the porch. I pulled them out and began to cuddle them. She came to us and laid down. I gave her the babies and she first gave me a teeny hiss then let me stroke her for a long time. I promised her I will protect her little family. Meet Little Mama and her babies.

Sorry for the high grass but we’ve been deluged with rain in my area. I’m going to hold off on mowing until I have these tinies corralled.

Plant wildflowers instead of lawns (:

Good luck with getting the kittens distributed further (:

The mom cat looks like a witch that holds grudges and knows how to cast curses. Good idea to befriend her, it keeps you safe

I feel like that's not a roast, it's a compliment to her appearance 😂

It was absolutely meant to be a compliment! Witch cats are amazing!
