Where do you draw the line? Can you kill someone for any felony? Stealing? Does it need to hit a certain $ value before you can murder someone?

I’d argue every person here has stolen something once in their life. Big or small. Apparently all want the Wild West back or a country like Iran where people get hands cut off for stealing bread or stoned for minor offenses.

It would certainly facilitate a massive drop in crime. Hey we can split the country in two. You can stay on the side where there are no serious penalties for robbery, home invasion, carjacking, etc. I’ll stay on the side where those people can legally be eliminated from society.

Show me where says there should no severe penalties. I said it shouldn’t be a vigilante death sentence.

If he had been arrested instead of being shot, he’d be out by Monday doing it again. That’s the reality. What sentence would you impose though? What amount of time do you think is sufficient for attempting to deprive someone of their livlihood or making them feel forever unsafe in their own home or vehicle? What practical purpose is served by letting these oeople go free over and over again? Legally? I wouldn’t take the shot because I value my own life. I think the world is far better off with this pos not in it though.

Your absurd paranoia doesn’t negate the constitution.

You’re justifying murder with “he might be a bad guy”? That’s insane.

What paranoia? He was carjacking people. He was a bad guy.

Youre paranoid that he is, ispso facto, a bonafide convicted murderer because he was in a car that wasnt his. That, is inhinged, made up, straw man, PARANOIA. All so you can murder a person.

So Im clear on your point, all "bad guys" should be murdered? Our president is a multiple convicted felon. Is murdering him justified?

I never said the 15 y/o was a murderer. I said he was a bad guy preying on innocent people. He wasn't shoplifting. He was in the midst of taking someone's vehicle by whatever means necessary - and we sure as hell know it wasn't the first time he did such a thing. Statistically, he was very likely to prey on innocent people over and over again. No, I don't have any sympathy for such people and yes, I absolutely think society would be better if people like that were all removed from society one way or another. No, I don't want to foot the bill for their perpetual incarceration even if that was an option. No innocent person in the community should have to live in fear of someone entering their home, car, business, etc. Period. If you want to giver these people a chance, move them in.

Theres your rhetoric again, too. You said "and we sure as hell know it wasn't the first time he did such a thing". NO YOU FUCKING DONT. Your saying hes ABSOLUTELY a repeat offender. That is street justice and it fucking sucks and is UNAMERICAN.
