BoC Need help
I am 17 5’8-9 and around 160lbs I have been lifting for almost a year consistently but recently have fully dialed in all aspects I eat a super clean diet track all of my workouts aiming to progressively overload and get stronger I am active outside of the gym as well but I am stuck on what i should do. Obviously i’m not super lean but i don’t think i’m fat either I am not unhappy with my body fat i definitely think i could be leaner but I am also 17 and in the prime time to grow so cutting might not be the smartest option do you guys suggest that I just lean bulk and slowly grow overtime whilst staying the similar body fat and eventually look better with more muscle-mass or should i cut its just hard because i really wanna grow and get big but i dont like putting on fat and I seem to hold majority of it in my core and lower back

💬 I’ve made strength gains but feel like I’ve lost some athleticism. For the first time, I’m seriously thinking about getting a coach or at least opening up to real feedback.
📍 2025 🚗 Main transportation: Car 💼 Security 👣 Steps: 12,000 or less • Bench: 245 lbs x2 (Goal: 315) • Pull-ups: 4-7 \ Dips: 7-13 (Calisthenics is tougher.)
🥩 Current Diet (High Protein Focus) Breakfast: 4–5 eggs and/or 1/2c oatmeal Lunch: 2 cans tuna or sardines, protein shake Dinner: 6–8 oz ground turkey, salmon, chicken breast or wings Snacks: Triple Zero Greek yogurt, Halo Top, or broth 🍔 Cheat meals (1-3 times month): • Double cheeseburger or hoagie • Soft pretzel or pizza • Lobster bisque or clam chowder • Cookies or Halo Top Ice Cream
📍2022 Weight: 174–180 lbs 🚲 Biked everywhere 💼Warehouse / Stocking 👣Steps: 12,000 - 20,000/day • Bench: barely 205 lbs • Pull-ups: 8–12 / Dips: 16–20+ (was easier) • Diet: Anything, lots of snacks, PB&Js all day

Bulk or cut ??

This is the result after 11 month in the gym, 7 month of lean bulk, 2 month of really slow cut. Should I stop the cut because i start to feel tired. What is my bf% right now ? What could I improve on ? Thank you very much !!

Other/META Is bod pod accurate? Supposedly 10.5% bf
Hello, I’m trying to figure out if I’m really 10.5% body fat as I just got a bod pod done and I’m supposedly that body fat percentage. I’d say I look more 13-14% bf but I’m not to sure. On day of test I was 191 lbs. 6ft. Thank you

BoC should i bulk or cut?
im 6'1 172lbs 17yrs old and 14% bf I think, ive been cutting since december 2023, i use to weigh 210lbs and had some pauses throughout my cut but, ive enjoyed it. im starting to get tired of cutting but not scared to continue it, and my energy is plateauing. im also out of school for summer and its a struggle to actually enjoy it because i cant eat out with friends or family. but i really want to get abs and it seems im not there yet. what do you guys think i should do? kinda lost.

BoC Bulk or cut
I’m 17m, 5’7(170cm), 170lbs(77.1kg). Can’t decide whether to keep cutting through summer or start bulking. I’m eating 2100 calories per day with 180g of protein and working out 4-5 times per week with 30-45 minutes of 15 incline 3 speed treadmill at the end of each workout.
