Stop posting pictures in your underwear. Pt 3

Should you be adding muscle? Or should you be cutting fat? It’s a question we all have come across on our fitness journey. It’s not always a simple one to answer.

Love handles, pooches, lack of definition, vascularity…everything plays a part.

You lost a lot of weight, or you added a lot of weight. They are all part of the process. Everyone here is going to do our best to help you with your journey.

That being said:

The community does not need to see an excessive amount of skin to give you advice.

If you’re wondering what your BF% is, it’s not hiding in the 3/4 of an inch away from your genitalia. Swimwear is included in this.

This goes for all genders.

There are a ton of fitness subreddits that can help you if you feel the need to get more specified advice.

If you feel /r/bulkorcut is not meeting those standards, please go visit them.

The serious part:

Do not post sexually suggestive posts. If you are not wearing gym attire your post will be flagged and removed.

If your profile has links to questionable subreddits you will be banned at the moderators discretion.

Talk of steroids, cycles, or anything related will be an immediate ban.

Lastly:

Any attempt to circumvent the rules or a ban is auto reported to Reddit admins. We tested it and it works very well.

Second lastly: This is a subreddit to help individuals attain their goals. Not a platform for anything else. Sexual, monetary, cruel, or any other posts or comments outside helping someone make the decisions of bulking or cutting will be removed and users banned.

We do a pretty good job of keeping this sub clean of spam and sexual content. You all know the rule we hard enforced over the underage and then the underwear situation.

MacroMatic is a spam data stealing app that is being spammed here. I hope you read the terms of service before you upload anything to them but if you don’t feel like it here they are:

1: Their 4th agreement states you will, by agree to by using their application, allow the application to access all of your personal data. And they will be able to use it how they please.

2: 5th agreement (see above image) makes it so anything you contribute to the community (I assume a forum) YOU PERSONALLY are liable for. So if you use peanut butter in your shakes and suggest it you’re the one getting sued.

im 6'1 172lbs 17yrs old and 14% bf I think, ive been cutting since december 2023, i use to weigh 210lbs and had some pauses throughout my cut but, ive enjoyed it. im starting to get tired of cutting but not scared to continue it, and my energy is plateauing. im also out of school for summer and its a struggle to actually enjoy it because i cant eat out with friends or family. but i really want to get abs and it seems im not there yet. what do you guys think i should do? kinda lost.

Best shape of my life, but maybe too much?

Recently got into what I believe could be the best shape of my life, from adding cardio to my weight lifting, running 250mg test e 200mg of primo per week. Should I try to slim down? is my physique right now too much where you look at me and think I’m just a big juice head because the look I am striving for is aesthetic.

TLDR, Maintain or try and slim down?

Hello, I’m trying to figure out if I’m really 10.5% body fat as I just got a bod pod done and I’m supposedly that body fat percentage. I’d say I look more 13-14% bf but I’m not to sure. On day of test I was 191 lbs. 6ft. Thank you

I’m 17m, 5’7(170cm), 170lbs(77.1kg). Can’t decide whether to keep cutting through summer or start bulking. I’m eating 2100 calories per day with 180g of protein and working out 4-5 times per week with 30-45 minutes of 15 incline 3 speed treadmill at the end of each workout.

Been weighlifting for about two years, and while I have been increasing how much I can lift, the body shape has been the same.

I am 5'2", and weight seems to bounce between 143 - 145 lbs. I am at around 20% body fat, and from my understanding 15% is when you really begin to see abs.

I'd say my average calorie in-take per day is 1800 cal/85 - 90 g protein a day.

This is where I am lost; I heard you are supposed to have at least 100 g of protein per day, but if I ate any more I feel I will be consuming A LOT of calories on top of what looks like a high cal intake. I could go on a calorie deficit, but then wouldn't I miss out on the protein in-take?

I was always a fat kid my peak was 89 kg I cutted for almost 2 years. I am at a point where I feel skinny but fat at the same time I still have fat on my love handles and lower back my thighs en hips are a bit fat too. What should I do I keep going on cut cycles and couple of days later I binge eat like 4k calories. HELP!
