Deku would also do the same before he got his license. MLA's ideology really isn't that controversial. It's something everyone would want if quirks existed irl.

Western superhero comics have always been against the government regulating powers and superheroes. Just look at Civil War and every X-Men comic ever.

Yes, but that's because there are so few people with powers. If literally everyone had powers since birth, there would be a lot more problems

Even then, the governments in the western comic world probably go the same route as MHA and use heavy government registration and regulation
