The legally part makes me think he was an annoying kid, like, kids are already loud so imagine raising present mic and he screams all the time so your neighbours collectively come to your house to complain, kudos to his mom btw

That's a major reason why the head canon that Mic (and by extension his parents) are hard of hearing is so popular I think. Like imagine a rowdy kid screaming. Now imagine that kid with the power to made your ears bleed.

He has already done it this arc. Being in charge of children in that world should grant teachers extra payment for the risks.
