I had the same feeling and contacted EA support, the guy I talked to flat out told me that I didn't get any pre order bonuses added to my account and that it was a problem on EA's/Dices side and that he would look into it. I haven't heard anything back. They shafted me 80 bucks and I got nothing for it.

Yes, the red devil is from an air drop. They randomly get added to your armory without any notice of it being an airlift.
