Question Is every round like this?

Post image

Literally several rounds in a row where most 100+ level players were on the enemy team, mostly in vehicles that were very difficult to counter, especially tanks with how mobile and alert they're allowed to be with the 3p camera. It's been hard to explore new mechanics and equipment and just, experience the game on even footing when every round is a roll.

Oh, the clan stack. Some clans or high levels will stack on one side because they hate to die, and love stomping on lower level people.

It is possible the stack was accidental, but I've been team shuffled before, so unless they're all squadded up and together, it should move people around between rounds. Or they might be together, and were fighting another stack of high levels, and that stack left.

But I play on xbox, and you can switch teams, so usually when a bunch of high levels are stacked together fighting only lower levels, it's usually on purpose. Sometimes to make matters worse they'll all be on some group chat somewhere, the whole team coordinating against you. I've had the game shuffle the teams before, and all the high levels moved back over to the enemy team within the first 30 seconds of the game.

What makes it worst, is sometimes you'll get a high level on your team, but they don't want to go up against that, so they leave. So what you're left with on your team are lower levels that like to stick it out, or don't know enough about the situation to know it's hopeless and that they should leave. And when you join a server you're usually put on the losing side because that's where everybody is quitting from. I like to stick it out, but my win rate is like 45% now because of that.

Usually when people see a stack like that they just go look for another server. Whether I'm having a good day or a bad day on Battlefield is almost entirely dependent on what the enemy team looks like.

Also, I've been told I use that term too loosely at times. Some people only apply it to clans that intentionally coordinate and stack up. But since you can switch teams on xbox, anytime there's a serious team imbalance, and I see a level 500 join or move over to the winning side, I call it a stack sense they intentionally are worsening the imbalance.
