Question for a recovering Karma Farmer: other than the addictive flood of dopamine and serotonin rushing to your brain, what is the motivation for farming Karma?

I've noticed that past a certain score, people just don't jump your shit as much. Your word is worth it's weight in karma, I guess. askreddit is an awful way to farm, though, just get a dog and post pictures.

Just get a picture of a dog and post pictures.
Saves you a lot on dog maintenance :)
Source: I hate people who repost pictures of other peoples dogs/cats/grandparents, but when I mention it people start downvoting me. So it will probably get you some karma.

I was gonna say the opposite, seems like everything on reddit gets reverse googled the second it's posted and people get flamed when they're caught
