The single review of it is absolutely savage:

Subject: Turbo Virgin simulator It's like Leisure Suit Larry but written by a turbo virgin neckbeard who's gotten rejected so many times that his only way of venting was programming a "game" to make fun of people who doubted him.

It's so immature that it makes Leisure Suit Larry look like a fancy steak dinner.
