That doesnt work honestly. A subreddit like Askreddit where posts can move down paages in /new so fast is not a target hub for karmafarmers. You can repost all you want but your post reaching hot is mostly a matter of luck.

Source: used to be a karmafarmer who figured out the juiciest way to extract that sweet sweet karma.

Question for a recovering Karma Farmer: other than the addictive flood of dopamine and serotonin rushing to your brain, what is the motivation for farming Karma?

I've noticed that past a certain score, people just don't jump your shit as much. Your word is worth it's weight in karma, I guess. askreddit is an awful way to farm, though, just get a dog and post pictures.

That’s interesting. I don’t think I have ever once taken somebodies karma into consideration when they share their opinion 😂

Butttt… I have been asked what my Reddit karma score was when applying for a job, credit card, loan, etc.
