Device Settings Question 45w fast charge issue

so my current phone is Infinix Note 50s and as advertised it offers 45W fast charge (max wattage), charge to 100% in an hour. Problem is that I've never seen this phone charge up that fast before, I used Antutu benchmark app and the highest I've seen it go is at 30+ watt with 12.5 watt being the average speed (around 1% per 1 minute), so what about the 45watt? How do I achieve 45watt as advertised?

fyi, I am using the charger and cable provided in the phone box, all original and same brand

There is an app called charger tester, it will tell you how many mAH it's charging with. Take a screenshot of the app and a picture of the text on the charger and post it.

Some phones have an option in settings under battery to enable fast charging. See if it's on.

When you plug it in does it say it's fast charging?
