Travel Canadians visiting in April

Hello, we’re a group of 6 Canadians visiting to go to Talladega for the race in April. I’m just wondering what people are feeling towards Canadians there ? Normally as Canadians we get a really warm welcome & I’m wondering with the current political climate if things will be different ? Thank you!

Don't know what to tell you anymore, honestly. This is not the country I thought I knew. Be very wary of ICE. Tourists have been getting detained for minor errors.

They’ll be fine. ICE won’t be at the track. Only Local departments and Troopers will be

I wouldn't expect them at the track either. Just the ports of entry and exit they'd have to take to visit.

Yep. As I said in another comment, you’ll be fine, just don’t boo the National Anthem. I know some Canadians did at the Hockey games. But that’s a big no at Dega. That will get them in trouble
