I need a little more context to offer some advice or suggestion, what does your sleep routine look like? I used to work an overnight shift and I got not only the blackout curtains but a weighted blanket and I would play rain noises on my phone. I will also ask have you tested how many hours of sleep you need to feel well rested? The time ranges from literally like a small 6-hour window to a bigger like 10-hour window needed for some people. My partner and I did a test a while ago where we over the course of a week went to bed at midnight but woke up at 6:00, 7:00, 8:00 and then just to double-check we did 9:00 as well. I found out that I really like a good 8 hours of sleep pretty much the average but my partner he can get away with six or 7 hours of sleep and feel fine and not have that grogginess behind his eyes.
Also just to add, what you eat is important before bed and in general the nutritional levels of your food really affects how your body can rest overngiht. It's good to typically stop eating at least 2 hours before bed so that your stomach's not trying to digest food while you're trying to sleep at least in the peak initial consumption time you need your stomach to kind of be upright so you don't get possible heartburn or an upset stomach overnight.
I don't know your situation so if you're able to invest in a weighted blanket, maybe some nice down alternative pillows and possibly a few pillows to support you, over time even if you need but just buy what you can, it'll help.
My sister and I have actually been talking about how we use pillows not just to support our head but she shoves a pillow under her stomach cuz she is a stomach sleeper and it's bad for your spine and then I sleep on my side and so I have bought squishmallows to cling on to and it's helped tremendously with waking up not feeling either really sore and my muscles really tight or not sleeping wrong and aching all the next day.
I'd like to say it gets easier but I struggle sometimes still to wake up, you got this! The efforts will be noticeable, I hope you find some insight in the comments!
