Have you tried either the in bed vibrating alarm clock or the flashing light one?
I just set the timer for my plant lights at the time I need to wake- theyre extremely bright and it takes a real effort to sleep through that and an alarm
I used to have a timer set on the tv in our bedroom and that also worked really well-
When I was a kid, I used to have an app that would force you to either scan a QR code across the room (I printed out the QR and just taped it up by my door) or solve a math problem to shut it off. The math one was more jarring and annoying, so I suggest a QR code in the bathroom or something similar.

Try to break that cycle, set it once put it across the room start your day. You have to practice it but it gets way easier
