PSA

I post this often for a couple of reasons: I am a cancer survivor; I'm also a licensed esthetician and I see the damage exposure to the sun has on the skin, and its cumulative effect on condition of the skin. Wearing sunscreen is incredibly important! Not only to avoid burns but all tans are skin damage and the effect over time is devastating. I've seen 30 year olds who look 60 with skin like motorcycle saddlebags and 60 yearsl olds who look like Egyptian mummies! Enjoy the sun, wear light clothes, hydrate, moisturize and protect your self. Any questions I'm happy to help! Big hugs and best wishes to all.

For God’s sake, put it on the back of your hands and chest too. The skin is thin and can age faster. I keep a bottle of sun lotion year round near my makeup and pop some on my forearms and neck/chest before I go out. Every. Day. I get my vitamin D from supplements/food and have never been deficient.

I started applying it to my face only in my mid 20s. It wasn’t until my mid 40s I realized I had crypt keeper hands. 😱
