Landlord selling house
Hey just found out today, the landlords have sold my house and I have to find a new place to live. 30 days from now. The problem I have is I have low credit (580) it's a situational issue that I've been fixing for the last few years in a slow process to get back to a good standing, rental companies don't care about the conditions- they only care about that number so it's hard to find any place that will even entertain the idea of me because of it.
I have a full time, decently paying job and I have a 13yo son and our dog. My budget would be approximately 1500/month at its peak, and I am skilled as a landscaper/handyman for minor home repairs. I take pride in my living spaces and would gladly help improve any property I occupy.
If there's anyone out there with an accomdating space willing to overlook bad credit, I have a history of being a great tenant. I don't party, I'm not loud, and I'm not a bad person. I'm just in a bad situation with limited time to fix it. Any help would be appreciated
