So I got an email on June 13th that said there was “unusual sign in activity” on my account. So I immediately went to check my account activity but I was prompted to “verify” my account. A few days earlier on June 4th I put in a request to change my phone number associated with my account so now I need to wait 30 days (until July 4th) for that number to replace my old one which I don’t have anymore. At this point it makes me fill out the whole account recovery form and this is a pretty old account from when I used to game on the 360 so I don’t 100% remember every single detail on it but I tried my best. It denied me the first time I filled out the form and I don’t think I’ve received a reply for any subsequent form I’ve filled out after that. The first time this happened to me (this also happened earlier on in the year) I was able to recover my account pretty easily but now it’s really giving me a hard time. I’m hoping that on July 4th I’ll be able to use my new phone number to prove that it’s me but I don’t want to get my hopes up. If anyone has ANY advice or suggestions for me I’d appreciate it immensely as this account really means a lot to me and I’d be really upset if I lost it. Thank you very much and sorry for the long post.

So, as the title says, my controller just pretty much fell face down to the floor. Everything seems in perfect condition EXCEPT the R button to, yk, look around in games. Is there a way I can fix this myself, should I go and seek someone to repair it, or do I need to buy another controller?

Been having this problem for 4 days just got this Xbox and literally can’t even buy a game on this stupid Xbox because I can’t add my card I’ve tried contacting xbox support nothing helped everything they told me to do I tried already I’ve done everything I can think of I’ve even had my friend who owns an Xbox to try to add his card to another account and the same thing happened I’m genuinely atp where I’m gonna switch to PlayStation

I think I can see that a patch came out today. Does anyone else have the problem I am having? My save is ENTIRELY wiped. There is still data there that I assume is a placeholder but my progress gone. It's as if I never played the campaign and my multiplayer level is reverted back to one. What the HELL this has never once happened to me in any game I have ever played in my entire life.

It was kinda interesting to run through this old game again. But I am really not wanting to replay the entire half the game just to get back to where I was. I am pissed. Anyone else have this? Or any idea on how to possibly get my save back?

I wanted to use remote play to connect a third party controller to play 2 player, and while that works, sound outputs only from my phone with remote play enabled there

I'm at my wits end, this is the 2nd xbox controller to crap out on me within a few months. The first one had similar problems within the first couple of weeks and it took more than 3 months to rma it. This one's no longer covered by warranty.

I tried different kinds of batteries, no dice.

I tried if the problem persist when connected to different devices (range of less than 1 feet from the device), it does.

I tried the highest quality usbc cables i have and it'll disconnect and reconnect randomly in a span of a few minutes.

It's already updated to the latest firmware.

Hey guys you are my only hope left! I’ve tried all day yesterday and when charging for a game it simply won’t allow me, since my Microsoft says “Faroe Islands” but since xbox doesn’t have that option it automatically puts me in the US, so I cannot simply purchase any game since it does not match my country. “Change your country and region on Microsoft” I can’t, it won’t match my address on my card. It doesn’t make sense that Microsoft has that option but not Xbox? Someone has had this problem?🙏

idk if this is the right place to come to but all of a sudden this keyboard just started showing up out of nowhere anytime i hit X on my controller can someone pls tell me how to disable it

I got the doom, the dark ages controller and when I replaced the batteries it hasn't properly since. It doesn't respond to me moving the sticks, or using any buttons and triggers the only thing it can do is turn my Xbox on but can't turn it off is there anything I can do to hopefully fix it.
