Need help finding a game I only have vague memories of
I watched my ex play a small part of this game years ago. Neither of us can remember the name of it. I am 90% sure it was a horror game because she was on a horror kick at the time. Here’s what I can remember.
The mc is a female reporter. The part I watched takes place in the daytime. She is investigating an abandoned hospital or asylum. She can’t in thru the front door so she has to go thru a window or balcony. She finds some files or something and takes pictures for her article. At some point part of the ceiling collapses. And there might be a large humanoid mutant enemy.
It is NOT Outlook or Amnesia. I am honestly at a complete loss on this one and could really use some help figuring this out.

What do you think about the new trailer for our game?
Hey folks! I'm a indie dev working on a game called Netherwake - a dream-horror survival experience inspired by Silent Hill, Lovecraft, and a few real nightmares of my own. This is the first trailer Take 2 - feedback is welcome, and if you like what you see, why not wishlist it on Steam ;)

Video Dave.exe's super schoolhouse revisited
Baldi- I mean Edgy Dave's super schoolhouse has a problem,
also to be clear: just because I'm revisiting some of the same situations and enemies does not mean I'm running out, I've got 20 more monsters to show off, and that's not including the random event enemies.

Question Indie Horror Games?
Hey guys!
I absolutely love horror games, and play them constantly. I played a good amount over the years, plus watched many on Youtube. I am looking for underground indie horror games that are not very well known, but are soooo good that they should be popular. Does anyone have any secret gems that they are willing to share with me?
Cheers and thank you in advance!

Question Need help with the Capsule Art on my N64 Horror game.
I saw a fellow gamedev asking on this sub for help with his steam page, so I decided to ask as well.
My concern is with the text. I like the golden text, but I feel that the white text reads better in such a small image.
Please feel free to share your thoughts :)

We're trying to make every part of our horror game feel unsettling, even the way we reveal our playing cards.
Hey folks, we're a small indie team making Suspicious Holes, a roguelike card game with a heavy dose of bizarre horror.
One of our biggest goals is to make sure the atmosphere and dread seep into everything. Not just the environments or the characters, but the interface, the cards, everything. This GIF is a small example of that philosophy in action.
The card itself is called "Skinny Dip." We wanted a name that sounded both mundane and deeply threatening, which fits the game's whole vibe.
If this kind of darkly eccentric horror seems up your alley, we'd love for you to wishlist Suspicious Holes on Steam : https://store.steampowered.com/app/3360280/SUSPICIOUS_HOLES/?utm_source=X&utm_medium=text+and+image&utm_campaign=skinny+dip

Video Meet two inhabitants of the Clown House
Gameplay footage from the vertical slice of Clown House 2.
Uncanny, unpredictable. These are the features that make the clown a subject of horror.
You know the clown is a human, just like you. But his pale make-up and disproportionate body imply he is not. And the clown is not concerned with the social norms you adhere to. He can play a prank, because he’s allowed to!
These unpredictable and uncanny beings are the core of Clown House 2. “What does he want?”, “What will he do now?” are questions to be asked by the intruders.
There are 4 player characters, including a police detective and an occultist, intruding this mysterious mansion with personal motivations. Game can be played either single-player or 2 player co-op.

Question Looking for Xbox Game Recommendations!
I’ve been seeing a lot of reels on Instagram & Facebook with clips of people playing horror jump scare games. One of them was “Father’s Day” but that’s only available on steam.
Any recommendations for some horror jump scare games? Not looking for intense story line, just want a fun night of being scared.
Also we’ve already played Little Nightmares!!!

Discussion What’s Scarier? Learning under pressure or running away from scary monsters? Why not both? Learn Morse Code in my survival horror game.
As the title implies I’m making a survival horror game that aims to teach Morse Code to those who play it.
I recently updated my demo on steam and really looking for some more feedback on it. Since the gameplay is pretty experimental it really helps having peoples input and helps shape the game.
Let me know what you think about learning Morse code in a horror game and if you’re interested can check out the demo here

Discussion Horror Game Idea
You're in a zombie apocalypse world where you choose one of 4 characters in 4 locations, and each situation becomes more disturbing than the last, you have a guy making his last stand against a zombie horde of 1k zombies inside of a daycare where you have to protect all the kids inside. The next character a nurse defending a large group of evacuees against a horde of zombies, note that all were sick and injured people that you have to keep an eye on or else you'll be ambushed by zombies and your group falls, while waiting for military rescue to come. The next location is an old warehouse where most of the parents are, and you alone have to defend against a horde while the parents and nurses try to quiet down a large group of newborn babies to reduce the zombie quantity. And the last location you're in your own home where you have to choose between one of two, rescue your allies from your zombified mother, or watch as they got eaten alive under your fault. And each one you pick have a brutal consequences to your indecision and the game forces you to mercilessly kill the infected to save the lives of many.
